NOW Soy Powder is produced from whole, dehulled, roasted soybeans.  This product has a pleasant nutty flavor and can be substituted for part of the eggs, milk or flour in bread, cake, and cookie recipes to provide emulsifying characteristics and nutritional enhancement. NOW also sells a wide variety of flours including Amaranth Flour, Arrowroot Flour, Barley Flour, Buckwheat Flour, Gluten Flour, Millet Flour, Oat Flour, Rice Flour, Multi Grain Flour, Potato Flour, Tapioca Flour, Pastry Flour, Semolina Flour, and Whole Wheat Flour. Serving Size: 1/4 cup (20 g) Suggested Use:  For best results use approximately 1/4 cup soy powder per 3-4 cups of flour or milk, and blend first with the fat or oil called for in the recipe.  Reduce eggs by one third.
